Warranty Service During The First Year
Warranty Service should be sent into the Customer Service
Office in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to our corporate office.
Construction personnel and Sales personnel cannot accept calls for warranty
service.
The Procedures for Requesting Customer Service/Warranty
Work during the first 12 months after closing
are as follows:

Filing A RWC/HOME Of Texas
Warranty Claim After The First Year
Carefully read your RWC limited warranty booklet to determine what
is covered.
If the problem you are experiencing is covered by the extended warranty,
report it to RWC as follows:
Your Request Must Contain The Following Information:
Enrollment number and effective date of warranty. This information
will be on your warranty booklet given to you at closing.

Your name, address and phone numbers, including home and work numbers.

Warranty Request Form to complete and send to RWC.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Verbal Requests are not valid and will not be acknowledged by either
Genesis Homes, or RWC/Home of Texas. The way to receive a prompt response
for warranty service is to put that request in writing and send via
any one of the ways listed above.
